Salon Policies

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds of any kind, no exceptions.

Cancellations

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully require 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes to the service scheduled. 


If you cancel your appointment with less then 24 hours notice, you will be responsible for paying 50% the cost of the scheduled service in order to reserve another appointment.

Same day cancellations (which are considered 12 hours or less from the appointment time) will be charged 100% the cost of the scheduled service missed in order to reserve another appointment.

Cancellations/reschedules made after hours or on days the salon is closed will be deemed to be received the next business day.

Rescheduling

If you reschedule an appointment two consecutive times, a $50 deposit will be required to schedule your next appointment. The deposit will go towards your service. If the appointment is rescheduled a third time, the deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellations/reschedules made after hours or on days the salon is closed will be deemed to be received the next business day.

No Call / No Show

If you do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment, you will be required to pay 100% of the scheduled service before booking a new appointment.

Tardiness

If you are running late, please text us to let us know. Should you arrive beyond 20 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your haircut and/or signature blowout and style. 


Depending on the timing you may have to forfeit your appointment completely and you will be charged 50% the cost of the services scheduled before booking another appointment.

Confirmation Text

24 hours prior to your appointment you will receive a reminder about your upcoming appointment, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed/cancelled appointments and the cancellation fee.

If you are not receiving appointment notification texts, please notify us and we will correct it immediately.

*any damage caused to the hair because of information withheld by the client during the booking/consultation process is neither the responsibility of the stylist nor of Honey Hair Studio.
*we reserve the right to refuse a service to anyone.

Arriving early

Due to limited “waiting” space, unless requested by your professional, please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time

Also, when arriving for your appointment please do not bring extra guests with you. We understand sometimes you have to but again with limited waiting space we cannot house extra guests.
